About The Role Actively AI is growing quickly, with strong traction among ambitious GTM teams at high-growth and enterprise companies. We are hiring a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to help scale that momentum by orchestrating complex enterprise deals and guiding senior GTM leaders toward confident buying decisions around AI-powered revenue execution.
This is a strategic, full-cycle sales role. You will own deals from sourcing through close, operate at the executive level with CROs and their leadership teams, and play a critical role in shaping how enterprise buyers understand the value and impact of AI in modern GTM organizations.
This role is not about following a rigid playbook - it’s about helping build one.

Benefits
The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $120,000 - $150,000. This position is also eligible for variable compensation of $120,000 - $150,000 subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Actively AI’s applicable plans.
