Job Description:
Configure and prepare enrollment systems, including data manipulation and formatting, product and plan setup, eligibility rules, and classification development to ensure accurate enrollments.
Qualifications:
3-5 years with an Administrative/Data Entry background
Insurance background preferred
Proven analytical experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Analyze enrollment requirements and translate them into precise system configurations.
Conduct DOE testing and communicate completed enrollment setups to appropriate stakeholders.
Complete assigned enrollments accurately and on time while meeting productivity and accuracy metrics.
Utilize advanced technical tools such as macros, automation, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and process outcomes.
Collaborate with account managers, sales teams, and pre-enrollment partners to confirm requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Stay current on enrollment platforms, documentation, product offerings, and technology enhancements.
Participate in ongoing training to strengthen technical skills and improve process efficiency.
Support team leadership by assisting colleagues and taking on additional workload during peak volume periods.
Coordinate with pre-enrollment partners to verify product availability, plan options, and deduction frequencies meet setup specifications.
