Description: The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the full onboarding of the patient from opt-it to ensuring the order ships timely. This includes following up on items needed like prescription, diagnosis code, copay approval, and additional requested items from operations. This candidate must be service-oriented, and sales driven with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. The Enrollment Coordinator should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to deal with our patients with empathy and compassion. You are at the forefront of how the patient will interpret their experience with Conversio. The Enrollment Coordinator interfaces with potential patient by educating them on the benefits of our program, via multiple communication channels following company policy and onboarding outline.
