What the job involves

• We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team building core capabilities of the Tabs platform
• You will be responsible for people leadership, delivery execution, and technical decision-making, while partnering closely with Product and Design
• You'll lead and develop a team of software engineers through coaching, feedback, and career growth
• Own delivery planning and execution for your team, ensuring predictable and high-quality outcomes
• Partner with Product and Design to define scope, timelines, and technical approach
• Guide architectural and technical decisions while maintaining a high quality bar
• Improve engineering processes, tooling, and team health over time
