AI Agentic Product - Conversational Intelligence
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Engineering Manager to lead the development of our cutting-edge AI Agentic product focused on Conversational Intelligence. In this strategic role, you will build, architect, and manage a high-performing engineering team while driving the technical vision and product excellence. You will be responsible for both technical leadership and people management, fostering innovation while delivering world-class AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a talented engineering team, conducting recruitment, onboarding, and continuous skill development
- Architect scalable and robust technical solutions for AI agentic systems and conversational intelligence platforms
- Define technical roadmaps, establish best practices, and ensure code quality across the team
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant technical implementations
- Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Drive innovation in AI/ML applications, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and conversational AI systems
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and adherence to security and compliance standards
- Mentor and develop team members, providing career growth opportunities and fostering technical excellence
- Communicate effectively with leadership on technical progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership roles
- Strong background in building and scaling distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies, including experience with large language models (LLMs) and NLP
- Experience building conversational AI systems, chatbots, or similar intelligent systems
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, Node.js, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and VoIP technologies
- Experience with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platforms and related telecommunications infrastructure
- Familiarity with real-time communication systems, media processing, or streaming technologies
- Experience with webhook integration and event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of telecommunications standards and compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
- Background in building APIs, SDKs, or developer tools
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Monitoring & Observability: Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, ELK Stack
