Who you are
7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience and deep understanding of our tech stack (Typescript(NodeJS), NestJS Framework, Python, and React
3+ years of engineering management experience, ideally in a VC-backed, high-growth SaaS or product-led company
Proven track record of shipping high-quality features with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Passion for building generative AI products or developer tools is a strong plus
Experience managing remote teams is preferred

Lead a team of engineers working on core areas of Jasper’s platform (e.g., content generation, collaboration tools, data pipelines, or integrations)

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver on technical and business goals

Participate in technical design reviews, architectural planning, and roadmap discussions
