What to expect

People Leadership – Lead and mentor a small, high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and learning.

Hands-on Guidance – Stay connected to the codebase and architecture (Python, React, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS Lambda) while supporting your team in making sound technical decisions.

Project Delivery – Own the planning and execution of projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality results while navigating trade-offs.

Process Improvement – Implement and refine best practices in development, code review, and deployment to make us better every sprint.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to align engineering output with company goals.

Talent Development – Help your team grow their skills through coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.

Inspire us by

Leadership Experience – 1.5–2 years leading engineers (team lead, tech lead, or early-stage manager).

Extra points for
