• Leadership Experience – 1.5–2 years leading engineers (team lead, tech lead, or early-stage manager).
• Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of Python, React, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS Lambda (or Java, Golang, C, C++, GCP, Azure etc.)
• Project Execution – Proven ability to deliver complex software projects successfully.
• People Skills – Passion for helping engineers grow and perform at their best.
