About the Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our cross-functional product engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who is equally passionate about team leadership. You will manage a group of approximately eight engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, and QA disciplines. Working closely with the Tech Leads, you’ll ensure that the team’s solutions are technically sound and aligned with our broader engineering direction, avoiding isolated decisions that conflict with long-term architectural goals. You’ll also collaborate with QA to maintain the highest standards of quality in everything the team ships.

What the ideal candidate will have

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to meaningfully contribute to codebases and guide architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team of around eight engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, and QA.
• Split your time between hands-on contribution (~40%) and people/process management (~60%).
• Partner with Tech Leads to ensure technical solutions align with our long-term engineering vision, avoiding isolated decisions that conflict with strategic architectural goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to ensure priorities are clear and the team consistently delivers high-quality, tested, and maintainable solutions.
