Overview

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling our platform, shaping technical direction, and building a high-performing team that delivers meaningful product experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team of skilled, passionate, and ambitious software engineers.
• Build a strong and diverse team capable of turning ambitious product visions into polished, production-ready solutions.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence—from design and code review through to production.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver new and improved features and platform capabilities.
• Mentor and empower senior individual contributors to expand their impact, enabling them to lead cross-platform technical initiatives.
• Maintain a clear understanding of system health to guide investment in long-term stability and scalability.
