We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one of the teams delivering our Zable App, used by over 1 million customers on iOS and Android. In this role, you’ll act as both a visionary and a hands-on leader, driving the team’s delivery efficiency, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll own and refine the delivery process, balancing feature development with technical investments and maintaining high team development standards. With a proactive approach, you’ll guide the team to meet our business goals while nurturing a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
There’s much to accomplish as an Engineering Manager at Lendable. You’ll help create a high-performing, resilient team that achieves today’s objectives while building a foundation for long-term success. From enhancing delivery quality to developing a robust, valuable platform, your work will ensure we deliver impactful solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders alike.
Our Tech Stack The backend of our Zable app is Kotlin, AWS & GraphQL and the frontend is React Native with TypeScript, and NextJS. Across the rest of Lendable we also use PHP 8, Symfony, MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, React, ArgoCD, Behat, PHPUnit, Jest, and Maestro.
