Job Summary Hayden Portal is the full-stack web application at the heart of all Hayden products. Transit agencies rely on Portal to track and manage their fleets and review critical video data. Our Sales team uses it to run customer pilots—an essential driver of our growth. Operations depends on it to deliver exceptional customer support. Enforcement agencies, such as Sheriff's Departments and Departments of Transportation, use Portal to evaluate potential violations and ensure compliance with the law before citations are issued.
We’re seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the development of Portal—across backend systems, frontend experiences, and everything in between. You’ll guide a talented team of software engineers building this mission-critical platform that powers Hayden’s core business.
