The Role We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Learn engineering team. You'll be the people manager and technical leader for a small, talented team building our practice-first learning products - the newest and fastest-growing part of CodeSignal's platform.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You'll stay close to the team: reviewing PRs, guiding architectural decisions, and providing clarity. As a manager, you will also coach your engineers, remove blockers, and partner with Product to make sure the team is delivering the right features at the right time.

Compensation In accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an annual base salary in the range of $150,000 to $250,000. This range encompasses all seniority levels eligible for this position.
Here at CodeSignal, our offer packages contain base salary plus additional compensation in the form of commission or performance bonuses, equity, and/or additional benefits such as those described above. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market.
