The Role We are looking for an experienced Analog Electronics Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of the high-speed, analog, and mixed-signal electronics that support our optical compute core. This role combines technical oversight with delivery execution, team leadership, and resource planning.
You will partner with the Electronics Architect to ensure effective execution of the technical strategy—bridging technical development with program and people management. You’ll contribute technically while also leading project planning, hiring, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination.
You will work closely with ASIC, Optical, Firmware, and System Reliability teams to ensure that our analog electronics roadmap is aligned with our system performance goals and business milestones.
