Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Engineering Leader role based in Pune City. The Engineering Leader will oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions in material science. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional engineering teams, providing technical mentorship, and ensuring project alignment with organizational objectives. Additionally, the Engineering Leader will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improve overall platform performance and scalability.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Software Development and Programming Languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)
Proficiency in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science methodologies and tools
Experience in Cloud Platforms and Distributed Systems
Leadership abilities in managing engineering teams and driving collaborative initiatives
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with material science, data analytics, or related industries is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills to foster cross-functional coordination
Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
