About you

Pactum is pioneering a new kind of AI-based negotiation software, solving novel, multi-million dollar problems for the world's largest enterprises. As an Engineering Lead, you’ll be building tools for intuitive agent-human interactions. Join our growing team in Tallinn, Estonia and make an impact!

Your daily adventures will include

Managing engineers directly, including growth, performance management, and recruiting.
Being deeply involved in teamwork and daily rituals- ensuring teams deliver and are accountable for business impact by adjusting culture, rituals, values, and principles as needed.
Maintaining a long-term technical vision in collaboration with Engineering Leadership, and ensuring it is well understood and aligned across the organization.
Ensuring the team’s goals, outcomes, and culture align with the broader vision, and that collaboration on cross-team dependencies and shared goals works efficiently.
Being accountable for top-line business metrics within the domain.
