Role Description

We are seeking an Engineering Lead for our Core Platform team in a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The successful candidate will lead platform architecture and development, mentor team members, and ensure technical execution aligns with long-term product goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and reliable infrastructure, optimize system performance, and integrate cutting-edge innovations to support continuous software reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strong technical expertise and effective team management capabilities.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in software architecture, system design, and scalable infrastructure development
Experience with system reliability engineering (SRE), DevOps practices, runtime monitoring, and automated testing
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with experience in modern development workflows
Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), and container orchestration tools
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a proven track record of leading technical teams
Effective communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and articulate complex technical concepts
