Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project controls for large-scale government projects in compliance with GTPL
• Implement and monitor cost control processes
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera
• Prepare regular progress and cost reports for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project controls, cost controls, risk management, and scheduling
• At least 2 years of direct experience working on government projects under GTPL in Saudi Arabia
• Expert-level knowledge of GTPL
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera for scheduling
• Fluency in Arabic is required
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional scheduling or project management tools
• Prior work on high-value or complex government infrastructure projects
