Design and build new test equipment to expand testing capabilities, including creation of related documentation.
Develop test software (e.g., LabView) to support emerging test needs and improve automation.
Set up test systems and development hardware safely and efficiently.
Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate test equipment to ensure high-quality data and repeatable results.
Partner with engineering teams across ESS to ensure testing strategies align with evolving development programs.
Support prototype system builds, ensuring parts are assembled accurately and on schedule.
Identify and resolve issues related to batteries, fuel cells, and associated systems.
Deliver projects on time and contribute to the overall growth and capability of the team.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
3+ years of experience in testing or validation engineering roles.
Hands-on knowledge of data acquisition systems and test instrumentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on technical data and project objectives.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:Salary
$106,000 - $135,900 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
