Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an End User Support Engineer located in Lagos. The role involves providing technical assistance and support to end users by resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and diagnosing system errors. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting IT infrastructure, maintaining system performance, and ensuring efficient operations through timely issue resolution. Regular documentation of issues and solutions will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Hands-on experience with user account management and IT system support
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent are a plus
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and applications for IT support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
