What You’ll Work On

⚙️ Manufacturing Operations Management

Plan, organize, and manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Ensure optimal utilization of labor, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and planning teams to ensure material availability.

📉 Process Optimization & Efficiency

Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
Support the selection and installation of new manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
Drive cost reduction and process improvement achievements.

🤝 NPI & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to support New Product Introductions (NPI).
Partner with the Quality team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Drive cross-functional initiatives to align manufacturing with company goals.

✅ Quality & Compliance

Maintain adherence to ISO, IPC, and other relevant quality standards.
Ensure ESD-safe handling and compliance with environmental/safety regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Strong background in PCB assembly (SMT & THT), testing, and box-build operations.
Systems Knowledge: Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Production yield and efficiency.
On-time delivery (OTD) rate.
Quality metrics (DPPM, defect rate, rework rate).
Employee engagement and retention within manufacturing.
