Roles and Responsibilities:
We're looking for an
Employee Experience & Office Manager
to join our Tel Aviv team. This is a full-time, permanent role that sits at the intersection of operational excellence and people culture, and reports directly to the Israel HR Director.
You'll be the heartbeat of our office: keeping things running smoothly, building a workplace people love to come to, and create an outstanding employee experience at every stage of the employee journey.

- Office:
- Own the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring a productive, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
Requirements:
- +2 years of experience as an Office Manager or Employee Experience Manager; startup experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Service-oriented, proactive, and hands-on mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Experience working with external vendors and service providers
- Creative problem solver with a strong bias for action and building from scratch
