Company Description
At Nautica Technologies, we are building intelligent robotic systems for autonomous ship-hull cleaning and inspection. Based in Zurich and backed by leading venture capital investors, we operate at the intersection of robotics, autonomy, and sustainability to solve critical challenges in the maritime industry. While still operating in partial stealth, our technology is already being piloted with major maritime shipping companies.
Role Overview
As an Embedded Systems Intern on our core engineering team, you will work on the hardware-near software that powers our underwater robotic systems in demanding real-world environments. You will contribute directly to embedded firmware development, hardware bring-up, board validation, and system integration across high-performance robotic platforms.
You will work closely with experienced electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to build robust, reliable, and production-oriented embedded systems that perform under harsh marine conditions. This is a highly hands-on role with real ownership and direct impact on deployed robots.
