Email Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own and execute outbound and lifecycle email campaigns end-to-end.

You’ll be responsible for building targeted prospect databases, running high-performing email sequences, and continuously optimising campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end email campaigns, from list building to copywriting, execution, and optimisation
• Build and manage outbound sequences/cadences across tools like Apollo, Instantly, and HubSpot
• Scrape, research, and enrich prospect data to create high-quality, targeted databases
• Conduct market and account research to identify ideal customer profiles and messaging angles
• Write compelling, personalised email copy that drives replies and conversions
• Analyse campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and iterate quickly
• Collaborate with founders/sales to align messaging with GTM priorities

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in SaaS or B2B outbound marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot (or similar outbound/automation platforms)
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, sequencing, and outbound best practices
• Experience in data scraping, enrichment, and building lead databases from scratch
• Ability to conduct structured market research and translate insights into campaigns
• Excellent writing skills-clear, concise, and conversion-focused
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
