As an Email Marketing Manager, you’ll own and scale the cold outbound email channel, from ICP research and persona-based messaging to A/B testing and meeting generation. This is a high-impact role, and you will have the autonomy to experiment, iterate, and drive measurable results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own cold email marketing campaigns for B2B SaaS outbound.
• Build ICP-based and persona-driven email sequences targeting CFOs, Ops, Risk, and Compliance leaders.
• Write compelling email copy that drives qualified meetings and conversions.
• Design and run A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, sequencing, timing) to continuously optimize performance.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, reply quality, meetings booked, and pipeline influence.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in B2B cold email marketing (SaaS or fintech preferred).
• Strong understanding of ICP segmentation and persona-based outreach.
• Expertise with email automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Instantly).
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, and optimization.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a deep understanding of buyer psychology.
• Experience generating qualified meetings via email outreach.
