Position Overview Our client, a prominent Fortune 500 retail leader, is seeking a full-time Email Developer to join their team. This role offers a flexible work schedule (e.g., 9-5, 10-7) and requires onsite presence four days per week (M-TH) at their downtown Cincinnati office. In addition to a competitive salary, the position includes a performance bonus of up to $13,000, equity potential of $3,700, and clear pathways for career advancement within the organization.
This is a full time, direct hire position in Cincinnati, OH. Ideally, this candidate will start within the next month, likely January 2026.
