Title: ApplicationTest Engineer Or Elecrical Test Engineer

Location: minneapolis, MN

Position Summary:

We are seeking Application/Test Engineers to support a new project focused on the development, testing, and validation of complex systems . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software-based testing , with demonstrated expertise in test automation and data analysis .

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and scripts for product validation.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or system-level testing .
Familiarity with data visualization tools and test management systems .
Exposure to ISO 17025 or similar testing standards.

Design and implement automated test setups using tools such as LabVIEW, Python, or C .

Perform data acquisition, analysis, and troubleshooting of test results to identify root causes of system issues.

Document test results, anomalies, and recommendations in detailed technical reports.

Collaborate closely with electrical, software, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure test coverage and system reliability.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methods, efficiency, and product performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of hands-on experience in application or test engineering .

Proficiency in LabVIEW , Python , and/or C for data acquisition, automation, and control systems .

Solid understanding of mechanical systems and testing principles .

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
