Responsibilities:
Disassembly, assembly, and installation of electric motors and propulsion systems as part of critical aviation systems (e.g., control systems).
Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical/mechanical issues while adhering to protocols and procedures.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electric motors, including electrical measurements, integrity checks, and controlled performance tests.
Complete documentation of all service/maintenance activities in compliance with aviation standards.
Working with technical specifications, drawings, work procedures, and manufacturer documentation.
Requirements:
Employment Terms:
Full-time position (Sunday–Thursday), with willingness to work overtime and in different company facilities or at customer sites.
Continuous interface with engineering, R&D, and quality assurance departments.
Identifying recurring failures, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and recommending system-level solutions for performance improvement.
Providing technical consultation and support during design and upgrade processes – as needed.
Practical engineer/technician background in electricity and high-voltage systems.
At least
3 years of hands-on experience
with electric motors and industrial/military/aviation equipment.
