We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Practical Engineer with a strong practical background in electronics and lab work. This role is ideal for an Electrical Practical Engineer with high academic achievement who enjoys working with real hardware, debugging systems, and supporting product validation in a dynamic R&D environment.
You will be involved in hardware bring-up, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic boards and systems, working closely with experienced R&D engineers.
What you’ll do
Perform hardware validation, system integration, and troubleshooting of electronic boards and systems; build prototypes, support board bring‑up and basic firmware debugging, document results, and collaborate with R&D to improve performance and reliability.

Basic experience with Python scripting (automation, test scripts, data collection/analysis)
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and hardware interfaces
Experience working in an R&D lab environment
Experience with firmware tools (flashing, terminal tools)

Electrical Practical Engineer degree (Diploma)
Good understanding of electronic schematics and circuit fundamentals
