Position: EE Hardware Engineer
Working Location: Hanoi

Job Descriptions:
· Own end-to-end PCBA design: requirements, schematic, layout review, BOM, and DFM/DFA.
· Lead power electronics design for LV systems (BMS, motor control auxiliaries, SMPS).
· Drive prototype bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis (HW/FW interface).
· Manage supplier interaction: PCB fab/assembly, component selection, alternates, cost down.
· Execute validation: electrical, thermal, EMC pre-checks, reliability, and safety margins.
· Establish HW processes for the new division: design reviews, documentation, ECOs.
· Support certification readiness (IEC/UL concepts; EMC practices) for consumer products.
· Collaborate with FW, mechanical, and manufacturing partners to reach production.
Job Requirements:
· BSEE or equivalent; 3-5 years in PCBA hardware design.
· Proven delivery of consumer or industrial electronics to production.
· Strong fundamentals in analog, power, and mixed-signal design.
· Hands-on with Altium (or equivalent), lab instruments, and board bring-up.
· Experience with EMI/EMC-aware design, thermal considerations, and safety margins.
· Comfortable working with Asian EMS/suppliers and fast iteration cycles.
