We are seeking experienced educational, guidance, and career counselors/advisors to help define professional standards in advising, student engagement, and career development. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

-- 4+ years full-time experience in educational, guidance, or career counseling

-- Fluent in English

-- U.S. residency

-- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet

-- Experience with academic advising, career planning, and student support

-- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks independently

COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS

-- Hourly pay: $33–$50 depending on experience and fit

-- Paid bi-weekly

-- Fully remote participation; flexible schedule

-- Current employment in counseling not required
