The Opportunity

As an Education Program Manager, you'll drive meaningful change by ensuring successful program implementation across 10-15 schools. You'll mentor teachers, engage stakeholders, and help develop the next generation of innovators and critical thinkers.

Beyond schools, you will also deliver Creya's Direct to Consumer Maker Programs for K12 students at India's largest design & prototyping center. This one-of-a-kind opportunity gives you the chance to help students experience hands-on projects in the latest technologies, building on the legacy of Creya's Meerkat and Summer of Discovery programs. You'll work with Creya's leadership team in co-creating this experience before rolling it out nationally. This is not an edtech or online offering—it's real, hands-on, in-person learning.

Key Responsibilities

School Program Management:

* Manage and ensure successful implementation of Creya programs across your allocated schools

* Master our curriculum, tools, and technologies including Robotics, IoT, Programming, 3D Printing, and emerging tech

* Conduct professional development training for teachers and school coordinators

* Build deep understanding of experiential learning, inquiry-based pedagogy, STEM Education, and Design Thinking

* Engage and manage expectations of school leadership, parents, teachers, and students

* Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless program delivery

Direct to Consumer Programs:

* Deliver hands-on maker programs for K12 students at India's largest design & prototyping center

* Co-create innovative learning experiences with Creya's leadership team

Facilitate student projects in cutting-edge technologies and maker methodologies

Product Development:

Collaborate with our Curriculum Team to enhance and evolve our educational offerings

What We're Looking For

Essential:

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science/Engineering/Technology/Education

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Leadership qualities with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

* Adaptability, initiative, and a can-do attitude

* Willingness to travel extensively (up to 15 days/month) and relocate as needed

* Tech-savvy mindset with eagerness to learn new tools and technologies

Desirable:

* 1-2 years of experience in Technology/Education sectors

* ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) experience is an added advantage
