Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced EDI Architect with strong expertise in Cerner, Epic, or EHR product knowledge and deep understanding of EDI 278 – Prior Authorization end-to-end business processes . The ideal candidate will bring extensive consulting, estimation, and solutioning experience, having successfully led multiple EDI engagements on the payer or provider side .

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design EDI solutions for healthcare systems with a focus on Prior Authorization (278 transactions) .
• Provide consulting, estimation, and solutioning expertise across multiple engagements.
• Collaborate with payer and provider stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with EHR platforms (Cerner, Epic).
• Drive end-to-end implementation of EDI solutions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert for EDI standards, healthcare workflows, and data exchange.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in EDI 278 – Prior Authorization workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Cerner, Epic, or other EHR platforms .
• Proven track record of 2–3 successful payer/provider EDI engagements .
• Deep consulting, estimation, and solutioning capabilities.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
