We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant for a 3-month contract role. The ideal candidate has strong experience handling online marketplace operations and delivering excellent customer service across multiple platforms. You will manage day-to-day e-commerce tasks, resolve customer concerns, and ensure smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage various online marketplace accounts (Amazon, eBay, Kogan, etc.).
• Handle full order management including refunds, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Outlook and marketplace inboxes.
• Track shipments and update tracking details using Australia Post tools.
• Manage open or pending cases and respond to A-Z Claims on Amazon.
• Identify and resolve customer issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
• Create accurate invoices using GST Calculator and Invoice Generator tools.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining timely task completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an E-commerce VA or in online customer service roles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce order workflows and issue resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
