About the Role:

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Implementation Consultant specializing in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our growing Technology & Innovation

practice.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality D365 Business

Central implementations, customizations, and optimizations.

You will play a key part in all project phases — from requirements gathering and configuration,

testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate blends a strong

functional understanding of Business Central paired with technical knowledge of the

domain as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

● Participate in client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to understand

business processes and document functional needs.

● Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with

client requirements.

● Collaborate with solution architects and senior consultants to design scalable and

maintainable solutions.

● Conduct unit testing , support system and user acceptance testing, and resolve

defects.

● Prepare and deliver user training, functional documentation, and technical design

documentation.

● Assist in go-live activities, data migration, and post-implementation support.

● Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing clients.

Practice Development

● Support leadership in building implementation templates, reusable assets, and

internal tools for the Business Central practice.

● Contribute to creating case studies and knowledge documentation from successful

client engagements.

● Participate in internal process improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

● Stay updated on the latest features, ISVs, and trends within the D365 ecosystem.

Practice Development

● Support leadership in building implementation templates, reusable assets, and

internal tools for the Business Central practice.

● Contribute to creating case studies and knowledge documentation from successful

client engagements.

● Participate in internal process improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

● Stay updated on the latest features, ISVs, and trends within the D365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

Education

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems,

or a related field.

Experience

● 3–4 years of hands-on experience of working as a Microsoft Dynamics 365

Business Central Functional Consultant

● Proven experience working on at least 2 end-to-end BC implementations (from

design to go-live).

● Experience with Dynamics GP or NAV migrations to Business Central is a plus.

● Exposure to D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Power Platform (Power BI,

Power Automate) is desirable.

Technical Skills:

● Familiarity with C# development (for integrations, middleware, or custom apps).

● Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, API integrations, and Azure DevOps.

● Knowledge of common ISV solutions (InsightWorks, Lanham, Jet Reports, etc.).

● Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.

Functional Skills

● Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes (GL, AR, AP, FA,

Inventory).

● Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution modules within BC.

● Understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, and budgeting/forecasting

processes.

● Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

approach.

● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

● Team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
