WE ARE LOOKING FOR Drone Test and Integration Engineer As a Test and Integration Engineer, you are the gatekeeper of quality for our autonomous systems. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a feature—from the first line of simulation code to the final field validation.

Required Qualifications Core Competencies and Experience Needs We are looking for a candidate who understands not just how a drone flies, but why it flies.
Advanced Piloting Skills: * Proven experience in diverse drone operations (Videography, Photogrammetry, Surveillance, or FPV).

Mandatory: EASA A1/A3 certification.
Preferred: EASA A2 or experience in the "Specific" category.
Systems Engineering Mindset: A deep understanding of the principles of a functioning drone system, including mechanics, power electronics, and RF propagation/limitations.
Diagnostic Expertise: Strong capability in flight log analysis (detecting vibration, power sag, or EKF inconsistencies) and system tuning.
Software Process Awareness: Familiarity with modern software development lifecycles, including version control (Git), testing documentation, and the bridge between code and hardware.
Physical Integration: Ability to troubleshoot and "tinker" with hardware, including soldering, sensor integration (Lidar, GPS, Optical Flow), and RF link optimization.
