Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Drone Battery Specialist. The role involves working on the design, testing, and development of drone batteries to optimize performance and safety. Responsibilities include performing quality checks, analyzing battery lifecycle data, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with engineers to innovate and enhance battery technologies for drones. The specialist will also address potential issues, improve energy efficiency, and maintain operational excellence in battery production systems.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of battery technologies, testing methodologies, and energy storage systems
Skills in troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem-solving for battery performance optimization
Experience working in compliance with safety and quality standards related to battery and energy devices
Proficiency in working with tools for engineering analysis, testing, and diagnostics
Excellent technical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Experience with drone systems or advanced energy systems is highly advantageous
