About the Role:
We are seeking a Channels Domain Architect based in Auckland or Wellington to shape Spark's customer-facing channels and marketing technology ecosystem. This role goes beyond digital, its about enabling seamless, personalised experiences across web, mobile, apps, retail, contact centre, and self-service, while integrating MarTech capabilities to drive engagement and conversion.
As part of an agile organisation, you will provide technical leadership, design channel and MarTech architecture, optimise omnichannel journeys, and guide cloud adoption strategies. You'll collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with Spark's vision.
Day to day you will be involved in:
- Define and implement channel and MarTech strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Architect and optimise Spark’s omnichannel ecosystem, spanning websites, mobile apps, retail platforms, self-service portals, and marketing automation tools.
- Design MarTech integrations (e.g., campaign management, personalisation, analytics) to enable targeted and data-driven customer engagement.
