About the Role:
We are seeking a Channels Domain Architect based in Auckland or Wellington to shape Spark's customer-facing channels and marketing technology ecosystem. This role goes beyond digital, its about enabling seamless, personalised experiences across web, mobile, apps, retail, contact centre, and self-service, while integrating MarTech capabilities to drive engagement and conversion.
As part of an agile organisation, you will provide technical leadership, design channel and MarTech architecture, optimise omnichannel journeys, and guide cloud adoption strategies. You'll collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with Spark's vision.
