Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Partner Sales leader with 7–15 years’ experience who has previously carried quota and understands the discipline of selling—now applying that rigor to partner-led growth with Microsoft Azure and Databricks . This is not a direct sales role; instead, it focuses on building partner advocacy, driving co-sell alignment, and generating ecosystem-led pipeline for internal sales teams.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter , accustomed to operating without large support structures, and capable of creating influence and field alignment inside Azure and Databricks. This role is designed for someone who thrives in high-autonomy, high-ambiguity environments and knows how to shape partner motions that drive measurable revenue impact.
