Role Overview

The Director of Technical Product Management will own the technical product vision, strategy, and execution for Skan’s Agentic AI platform. This role is intended for a deeply technical product leader who operates comfortably at the intersection of enterprise-scale systems, AI/ML platforms, and complex data workflows. You will lead a team of Product Managers while remaining hands-on with architecture-level decisions and technical trade-offs.

Define and own the technical product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Agentic AI platform.
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers focused on platform, AI/ML, and data-centric capabilities.

14+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in product management roles within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
Proven experience owning highly technical platforms such as AI/ML, data, automation, or infrastructure products.
Strong technical fluency across system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and AI/ML workflows.
Demonstrated ability to work deeply with engineering teams and influence architectural decisions.
Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers in technical product organizations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries is a strong plus.
