Director, Portfolio Strategy

The Opportunity

Build and drive Noetik’s oncology pipeline strategy.

Responsibilities

A sset Scouting

• Source and advance in-licensing and co-development opportunities (Ph1b–Ph3)

Asset Valuation & Prioritization

• Build asset-level valuation models that translate platform outputs into defensible economics
• Develop prioritization framework for pipeline opportunities to align internal decisions, partner engagement and negotiations, and investor conversations

Portfolio Strategy & Governance

• Establish stage-gate framework for pipeline investment decisions and criteria for advancing, partnering, or exiting assets
• Develop capital allocation logic across wholly owned, co-developed, and partnered programs
• Inform build vs. outsource vs. partner decisions for clinical development, CMC, and regulatory
• Support risk-balanced portfolio construction across indications, stages, and deal structures

Education

• An undergraduate degree is required. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus

Experience

• Significant experience with a range of portfolio transactions in therapeutics that required strong negotiation skills, resolving business issues, and structuring agreements

Location

• Noetik is a hybrid company with an office and lab-based in South San Francisco. Some preference for candidates located on the east coast.
