They will serve as the principal executive responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and business growth of the company. This is a high-ownership role that requires a commercially astute leader who can simultaneously manage complex technology delivery, cultivate institutional relationships, and grow revenue across both the private and public sector. The MD will report directly to the Board and work closely with the Co-Founders in defining and executing our medium and long-term strategy.
Strategic Leadership
• Define and drive our company strategy, annual business plan, and multi-year growth roadmap in alignment with the Board's vision.

Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Lead and close high-value commercial engagements, including government contracts,
retainer-based ICT advisory mandates, and enterprise software projects.
• Oversee proposal development, tender responses, and client presentations; personally lead
strategic pitches and C-suite negotiations.
• Cultivate and maintain a pipeline of public sector opportunities including MDAs, parastatals, and government agencies.
Operations & Delivery
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client
satisfaction are consistently met.
• Build and manage a high-performance team of engineers, project managers, and business
development professionals.
• Implement robust project governance frameworks, resource planning processes, and delivery
methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar).
Financial Management
• Prepare and manage the annual budget; drive P&L accountability across all business units.
• Oversee pricing strategy, margin management, and cost optimisation across projects.
• Provide the Board with accurate and timely financial and operational performance reporting.
Stakeholder & Client Relations
• Represent us at the executive level with clients, regulators, vendors, and industry forums.
• Manage and deepen relationships with key technology partners including Microsoft, Oracle,and other OEMs.
• Collaborate closely with Paysure Technologies and other portfolio entities to maximise cross-portfolio synergies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, IT services, systems integration, or related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated track record of winning and delivering government or large enterprise technology contracts in Nigeria or the broader African market.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary technology teams and complex project portfolios.
• Excellent commercial acumen with experience in P&L management and business development.
• Strong existing relationships within Nigerian MDAs, parastatals, or large private sector organisations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations for public sector technology projects in Nigeria.
