As a part of the Solutions Engineering team, you will play an integral role in several phases of the client lifecycle. SA’s support all pre-sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” for our complex solutions and will ensure clients are setup for success as they transition to our Implementation and Customer Success teams. SA’s collaborate closely with our Sales, SME, Implementation, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs and are properly supported by key client decision-makers.
This is a role that requires heavy interaction with prospects and clients and is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
