II. ROLE OVERVIEW

• Position: Director of Platform Product
• Department: Platform Center
• Reporting to: Director of Platform
• Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Summary

The Director of Platform Product will define the product strategy and development roadmap for VinDynamics’ global robotics platform.

This platform is envisioned as a multi-sided ecosystem , connecting:

• Robot manufacturers
• Component suppliers
• Solution providers
• System integrators
• Enterprise customers

The role will lead the design and development of core platform capabilities, including:

• Robotics marketplace
• Robotics data platform
• Robot deployment & fleet management systems
• Ecosystem tools for partners and developers

This is a unique opportunity to build a global-scale robotics platform from the ground up .

III. REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Technology Management, or related fields
• 8–10+ years in product management or technology product development
• Proven experience with platform products (marketplace, SaaS, developer platforms, ecosystem platforms)
• Strong experience working closely with engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle
• Experience managing product teams and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• Marketplace platforms
• SaaS platforms
• Developer platforms
• Ecosystem platforms
• Exposure to AI, robotics, IoT, or smart device ecosystems (nice to have)
• Experience building products for international markets
• Experience building products from 0 → 1 or scaling platforms

• Define product vision and strategy for the global robotics platform
• Design platform architecture and core modules, including:
• Robotics marketplace
• Robotics data platform & training datasets
• Robot deployment & fleet management systems
