About OrganoBit
OrganoBit BioIntelligence is pioneering Organoid Design Automation by integrating AI-driven organoid informatics, in silico modeling, and advanced biological world models to transform precision medicine and drug development. We focus on discovering, designing, and optimizing organoid culture protocols to accelerate preclinical and early clinical testing, with a vision that organoids will power a substantial share of this market by 2035. Through automation and intelligent systems, we aim to dramatically reduce organoid manufacturing costs and make human-relevant preclinical models broadly accessible to the pharmaceutical industry.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Organoid Culture Laboratory to lead our High-Throughput Organoid Protocol Validation program in Singapore. In this role, you will be fully responsible for designing the end-to-end validation workflow, prioritizing which organoid protocols to validate, and establishing the core architecture of our validation and screening system.
This is a hands-on, strategic role at an early-stage startup. You will build robust, automation-ready organoid workflows, generate high-quality assay data at scale, and tightly integrate the lab with our AI and data platforms.

Who You Are
You are a scientist–builder who wants to own the full validation pipeline—from plate map design and controls to data quality metrics and decision rules. You are excited to move beyond one-off experiments and instead architect scalable workflows that can run hundreds to thousands of organoid assays reliably. You thrive in an early-stage, high-ownership environment and are motivated by the impact of making organoid-based testing practical at scale.
