Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS), cybersecurity, and cloud services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI technologies.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize technology investments.
- Establish and enforce IT security policies and disaster recovery plans to protect data integrity and business continuity.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, supply chain management, and quality assurance through technology solutions.
- Monitor and assess emerging technologies to recommend strategic investments.
- Ensure seamless IT support and system uptime to minimize operational disruptions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud computing, and automation solutions.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful IT implementations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
