About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Deployment Architectures to build and manage a team that helps healthcare organizations bring AI agents to life. You’ll guide and mentor Deployment Architects who partner directly with customers to deeply understand their operational workflows, identify and translate their technical requirements and business goals into effective AI-powered conversations, guide them through setting up integrations and deploying agents as part of practical, scalable AI-driven solutions — and then implement them.
The role requires a mix of hands-on customer engagement, technical leadership, strategic thinking, and team management. Our team is scaling quickly, and we need someone who can both roll up their sleeves and dive into challenging technical problems and also take a step back and implement scalable processes across all of our customers. You will have a pivotal impact on our product, customer success, and ultimately, patient outcomes.
