Position overview
Skape Bio’s discovery engine rests on three pillars: de novo protein design with AI models, high-throughput screening, and translational biology. We are hiring a Director of Data Engineering to own the software, data, and compute foundations for protein design and experimental workflows.
You will architect, build, and refine the pipelines and infrastructure needed for large-scale protein design, and for converting experimental assay data into usable training sets and fine-tuned models. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role, with freedom to architect the stack and raise the bar on reliability, reproducibility, and speed.
