The Business Development Director is a pivotal leadership position responsible for defining and executing our long-term growth strategy. Your primary purpose is to identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, foster high-level strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing business development team to exceed revenue targets.

Reporting and Forecasting:
Provide regular, detailed reports to the Board regarding commercial performance, market forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Proven Track Record:
Extensive experience in a senior business development or commercial leadership role, with a demonstrable history of achieving significant revenue growth within relevant FS industries.
Strategic Mindset:
The ability to think long-term, recognise emerging patterns, and translate complex market data into actionable business plans.
Leadership Excellence:
Proven experience in managing and developing high-calibre teams, with a focus on coaching and performance optimisation.
Exceptional Communication:
Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at the C-suite level.
Analytical Rigour:
Strong financial literacy and the ability to analyse complex data sets to inform decision-making.
Adaptability:
A flexible approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving commercial environment.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
