What You'll Do The Director of Network Strategy & Development is responsible for driving strategy and growth for Strive’s provider network. This individual will lead end-to-end deal structuring with physician groups, health systems, and medical service organizations, from initial outreach through negotiation, execution, and ongoing relationship management. To maximize partnership value creation, the Director will develop compelling value propositions tailored to provider audiences while collaborating cross-functionally with legal, finance, and clinical teams to ensure viable and compliant agreements. This position demands sophistication in alternative payment models, entrepreneurial execution in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational implementation.

About You

Experience designing and implementing clinical protocols and workflows.
Proven track record in relationship development and strategic partnership building.
Strong organizational skills with results-oriented approach to team building and decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
MBA in Healthcare Management, MHA, or related advanced degree.
