Job Overview Kardigan is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Medical Affairs Strategy & Operations to lead the development, execution, and optimization of global medical affairs processes and strategic initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of impactful medical strategies across therapeutic areas.
